The eb-Qual Customer Service team offers multilingual support and maintenance services for customers on different basis. The aim of this service is to provide you a local assistance to solve your problems or to answer your questions. Should our team not be able to help you, eb-Qual will assist you or will take in charge the creation of a case by the supplier’s TAC.

Please keep your contract reference number close to you for identification and call logging by the operator.

Availability

An On-duty service will ensure the availability of a system engineer during office hours, from Monday to Friday except the Swiss public holidays. Our SLA set a response time of maximum 4 business hours.
Please note that for all products except Cyber-Ark, you can always contact directly the supplier’s TAC according to your maintenance contract’s terms and contact details (except for Cyber-Ark, where eb-Qual is official first level support during business hours).

eb-Qual customers with service contracts

please refer to your Maintenance certificate for contact details of the supplier's support and keep your contract reference number close to you for identification and call logging by the operator.

eb-Qual customers without service contracts
