eb-Qual SA welcomes Cédric Enzler as New CEO
Effective July 1, 2025, Cédric Enzler assumes the role of CEO at eb-Qual SA. Hervé Ottet, having successfully led the company for nearly three years, will now dedicate his full attention to driving business development — leveraging his extensive expertise in this area to continue contributing to the company’s growth.
This evolution reflects of Swiss Expert Group’s collective vision: to build a strong, complementary ecosystem where each entity retains its identity and culture, while working together on shared strategic objectives. With a unified direction and trust in individual strengths, the Group continues to empower its companies to better serve clients across Switzerland.
A Leadership Journey Rooted in Customer Focus
Since joining eb-Qual in 2010, Hervé has played a pivotal role in building strong client relationships. Rising through the ranks from Key Account Manager to Head of Sales in 2020, he’s been instrumental in growing the business and nurturing a high-performing sales team.
In 2022, Hervé stepped up as CEO during a critical transition period, providing steady and engaged leadership. Today, he hands over a solid foundation to his successor and looks forward to focusing on expanding eb-Qual’s market presence.
